What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I send out feedback surveys to customers from several different offices. EZTexting makes it simple to send messages with unique surveys to different groups. I also like that links can be tracked to see who clicked on them. We use this service a lot but we don't have the volume to justify one of the monthly packages, so we use the pay-as-you-go credit system which is perfect for us. I've only had to contact customer support a few times but they were very helpful and resolved my issue quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dependable Communication for Internal Messaging"
What do you like best about EZ Texting?

EZ Texting makes it easy for our company to communicate urgent information within our company, like weather closures and other safety related issues. We also use this to let our employees know about important company changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

We lost some of our credits after a change or update to EZ Texting's website. Unused credits don’t roll over, and the annual cost is quite expensive. Since we don’t use this service for marketing and instead only use it sparingly for internal communication with our employees and associates, it ends up being a costly service for us. Previously, there was a low up-front cost and we could estimate how many credits we would need for the year. Now, it requires a much larger up-front payment and follows a “use it or lose it” model. What do you like best about EZ Texting?

EZ Texting is very easy to use, even for team members who are not very technical. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it simple to create campaigns, manage contact lists, and schedule messages quickly. I also appreciate the automation and keyword features, which save time and help us stay consistent with customer communication. "Simplifies Volunteer Communication Perfectly"
What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I like that EZ Texting is very simple to use, making it easy to create texts, add people, and check to make sure someone is included. It's been a great addition to our communication suite. We have been very pleased with how it eliminates a lot of time, simplifying the communication process with our attendees and volunteers. The initial setup was very easy too. What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

The one thing was our first year, we didn't understand the full benefits that we would get out of it. We lost a lot of credits because we didn't use it enough. It doesn't actually integrate with our CRM, so we have to put things in manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Communication, Needs a Mobile App"
What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I really like that EZ Texting is very well organized, and the user interface is very intuitive. The ability to store our member information in a contacts list and rapidly send out messages to all of them is extremely helpful. By storing the member information in the contact list, we're able to create groups of association members, like those that live on a specific floor or those who are tenants versus owners, enabling us to direct targeted messages to the right audience. What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

It would be very nice if there were a mobile application dedicated for EZ Texting. Currently, when using mobile phones, I have to open up Google Chrome and then log in to the website as if I am on a computer. "Excellent Tool That Streamlines Communication"
What do you like best about EZ Texting?

They have a very easy to use dashboard. Even if you're new to SMS it's pretty simple to click through and figure out how to do what. Very easy to segment groups, add notes about the groups so it's easy to identify segments across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

There are a couple of features I wish were improved upon. For example, the inbox deletes any messages once a contact is opted out. I would like to keep those there (for future reference) but not be able to message those contacts anymore. We have to keep a separate spreadsheet to track these responses from members who have opted out so we can add it to their file.

The other item, sometimes the system can be slow to send (I assume on high-volume days) but some messages are intended to send at an exact time, so getting those out ~9 mins later, isn't a deal breaker, but not ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Reminder Tool with Easy Mass Texting"
What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I find EZ Texting pretty invaluable and a great service for a great price. It's fantastic for mass contacting, letting me reach a lot of people in a very short time, which saves me a lot of time. The service offers a lot of features, and though I'm still learning some of them, it's fairly easy to use. I mainly use it to contact groups I've signed up, and it's a great reminder tool. I appreciate the ability to send automatic replies based on certain words, and I'm looking forward to using more of the features like feedback and strip campaigns. What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

I find the learning curve a bit challenging. You kinda have to play with it for a while to see which way is best for you. I think it could be improved with simpler ease of use, maybe more specific directions on campaigns and understanding bounce backs, which numbers went through, and who opted out. What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I use EZ Texting to communicate with our clients and find it convenient to send messages quickly to a large group of people. It's great that clients can respond quickly, and many of them prefer texting over phone calls. I really like the convenience of use, including the mobile application and the ability to send group messages. This platform makes it easier to communicate with our clients and reduces the time it would normally take to answer the same questions via phone call. Regarding sending group messages from your second number, you’ll just need to set that number as your default sending number. To do this, click the gear icon in the lower-left corner of your account, select Account, then go to Textable Numbers. From there, click the three dots next to the number you’d like to use and choose “Set as Default Number.” Once set, you’ll be able to send group messages from that number.

What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I use EZ Texting every year during open enrollment, which speaks to its reliability and effectiveness in my workflow. It has significantly helped me convert more clients into appointments and close more deals, which is essential for my business growth. Clients even recommend it, indicating their satisfaction with the system. I've also found the initial setup to be very easy and straightforward. The spreadsheets, like CSV Excel files, only require me to input the name and phone number, and everything uploads accordingly. Moreover, I appreciate that I can use EZ Texting on its own, as it does a great job independently, showing how robust the platform is. "Good Features but Pricy Credit System"
What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I like that EZ Texting saves what you have sent out before, and then you can go in there and view if people have replied back to you. It helps me see if I want to communicate with them or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

I don't think it's explained how the point or credit system works and how you allocate so many points or credits. It gets really expensive, especially if you're new to this, which I was. Think it would be nice if there was a referral system where you could refer customers and get added credits. I do miss the price point of the other service compared to you guys.
